• The item is in the original condition in which it shipped to you.
• The return or exchange is initiated and postmarked within 7 days of delivery.
• Exchanges will be honoured so long as the desired item is in stock. Otherwise, you may elect to choose a store credit coupon for an alternative purchase.

FREE DELIVERY

We do not want to bother Namibians with the hassle of paying for the transport of the goods you ordered. Your online order will be delivered to you in Namibia for free, all you need is an order value above N$ 650, we will deliver within 24 – 48hrs either to your door-step in big towns, otherwise to your closest post office counter.

Namibia Domestic Orders

We are happy to offer free NAMPOST  ground delivery on all domestic (Namibia) orders over N$950. All other orders will be shipped according to the option selected at checkout. All orders are shipped on business days in the Namibia (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 4-14 days if the merchandise is in stock and payment has been received. However we aim to have the goods at your address within 72hrs.

International Orders
